Liam had his birthday last week and I thought I would share a little about him. His current obsession is dinosarus. He loves to play with them and read about them. He likes to wear clothes with dinosaurs on them and he likes to "ROAR!" at anyone and everyone. Every morning when he wakes up the first thing he does is run in to where Cole is and roar at him as loud as he can. He is learning so much! He know's his ABC's and can recognize almost every letter. He is talking so much and carrying on conversations. He loves to sing and give hugs. His favorite thing to eat is oatmeal. Liam is such a loving and sweet child and is very concerned whenever anyone is hurt or sad. He loves to go to preschool and nursery (FINALLY!) and loves to play with cousins and visit family. He is such a wonderful little boy and we are so blessed to have him in our family! It is so fun to watch him learn and grow. We love you Liam!

Our little girl
Our little girl is one! What a wonderful little girl she is! I can't believe it has been a year since she arrived but it has been such a wonderful year! Annie is so happy and fun. She crawls like an inchworm, that explains the choice in birthday cakes, and can get pretty much anywhere she wants to. She always wakes up in the morning with a big smile on her face and is so excited to see us. She loves to be teased by her dad and likes to tease back. She loves Liam and the two of them play so well together. Our lives would not be complete without her. We love you Annie!
Sorry the pictures are in reverse order!

Behind!
I haven't posted anything on my blog for a month or two so I thought I would do a quick recap. In August we went to Hogle Zoo and the 'This is the Place' monument. In September we went to Mesa Falls over Labor day and stopped to feed the fish at warm river. We also went to Tautphus Park Zoo in Idaho Falls and the splash park in Rexburg. Oh, and Liam has developed a love of dinosaurs. In this picture he is a stegosaurus!

Playing Catch Up!
July has been busy for us, but lots of fun! First off for the 4th of July we went down to my sister Kelsi's house for a Hall Family Reunion. I posted pictures on my facebook account.
The next week I took Annie to the doctor for her 9 month check up. I had thought she was getting bigger, but she had grown .3 inches and lost half a pound in 3 months. She has been on solid foods for quite a while and doesn't look like she is starving, but the doctor told me to feed her more and come back for a weight check in a month. Speaking of her eating, this is how she looks when she is eating. We have lovingly named it her 'Hippo Mouth'. Her two bottom teeth and the way she opens it so WIDE make it seem like a hippo.

I thought she ate all day before, and now she really eats a lot. I guess we'll see how she is in another week or two!
Last weekend we went to Washington to visit Cole's brother Shaun and his wonderful family. They have a new little baby, and we went for his blessing. Here are the pictures of that trip! Tad, Paula, Krissa, Jenna and her boyfriend Stephen were able to visit at the same time and we had fun going to the Point Defiance Zoo, and to Vashon Island and just enjoying a vacation! Cole and the kids and I stopped and stayed in Missoula, Montana and visited the Children's Museum. The had lots of fun exhibits and activities. It was a great little vacation for us. We have spent the last week recovering and are almost back to normal! Liam and Annie both love to swim in the pool. I think we will be doing a lot more of that!

Caught in the Act
The other day me and Liam were playing with his miniature version of a B7 bomber. Here is the video evidence.
Later that night I came into the kitchen and caught Kenzie doing this.
This just made me wonder if maybe perhaps she kinda sorta felt left out.
